===== ScottH - rosemary =====
  * 1 teaspoon - Butter
  * 1/2 teaspoon - Fine diced shallots
  * 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked
  * 1-2 teaspoon freshly ground dried rosemary
  * 1/2 cup white wine
  * 1/4 cup hot water

You can tweek your rosemary sauce off those basics. Some don't like as much white wine etc..
