“I just used some Bulls Eye BBQ sauce that we had in the fridge. I believe it was their Guinness Beer flavor.”

“What i did, was coat the rib in olive oil, completely coat them with the dry rub above ( I had about 1/3 of the rub left when i was done, but i only made 2 racks) then i sealed each rack in a tinfoil pack and cooked them for about 2.5 hours at 325. From there I took them out and put some sauce on them and cooked them close to the burner for another 5, ideally i would have thrown them on the bbq for the sauce, but it was far too cold here for that.”
