-They should ALL come out like this.  No chip should ever be damaged, no pin should be bent, no trace should be broken.  Nice, clean work using professional equipment.  Anything less is risking damage to your ECU.  This particular socket job took all of 20 minutes.  If your guy says it's going to take an hour using equipment that looks like he picked it up at Radio Shack on his way home or at a K-mart blue-light special...it's not a good sign.
