Sauces

ScottH - rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon - Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Fine diced shallots
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked
  • 1-2 teaspoon freshly ground dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup hot water

You can tweek your rosemary sauce off those basics. Some don't like as much white wine etc..
